RES Consulting Services, LLC (RESCS) offers many resources for anyone ready to explore starting a business or developing a new product. We offer four (4) phases of consulting:

In the Innovation Phase, RESCS offers a free initial consultation, corporate strategic planning, entity formation, business plans, a road show presentation and structured agreements.
The Funding Phase, consists of preparing clients to take advantage of loan opportunities, attract partners, and secure investors.
Often time in the Proof of Concept Phase, the entrepreneur is in action working with innovation & commercialization centers to form a prototype.
The Strategic Alliance Phase, is key for clients to develop relationships with other entrepreneurs and institutions who will act as manufacturers, distribution channels, and sources of strength for the corporation.
After going through one or all of these phases the new product or new business startup is ready for market. Often times through a Big Brother relationship that is developed in the Strategic Alliance Phase. The main goal is to provide education through consulting, which builds the client's capacity to innovate. When action is applied to this innovation the client is truly practicing entrepreneurship by putting innovation into a useful form.
